The Sacred Wheel of 4™ is a collaborative of Foundation to Wellness and Celestara Alchemy, based in Western Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• When you book a ticket: your name, email address and phone number, the event you booked, your payment type and amount, and your agreement to the event's consent terms and our refund policy.
• When you contact us or send a transfer or refund request: your name, email address and the details in your message.
• Card details: we never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you choose a payment plan, Stripe securely saves your card so the balance can be charged on the date shown when you book.

How we use it

• To confirm your booking and send ticket emails, payment plan updates, reminders and important event information (for example, a change of time or venue).
• To manage capacity, transfers, credit and refunds.
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To contact you if a payment plan balance can't be charged.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists. We only email you about events you have booked or enquiries you have made.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run this website and our bookings:

• Stripe — payment processing and saved cards for payment plans.
• Google (Firebase and Gmail) — secure storage of booking records and sending of emails.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and secure delivery.

These providers may store information on servers outside Australia. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Stripe's payment page may use cookies needed to process payments securely and prevent fraud.

Photos at events

Photos may be taken at our events and shared in our gallery and on social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a facilitator know on the day.

Keeping your information safe

Booking records can only be accessed by our site administrator through a secure login. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our website.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run our events and meet tax and accounting requirements, then delete them.

Access, correction and questions

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email us at connect@thesacredwheelof4.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
