These terms apply to bookings made through this website for events run by The Sacred Wheel of 4™, a collaborative of Foundation to Wellness and Celestara Alchemy, based in Western Australia. By booking a ticket you agree to these terms, the event's Consent & Liability to Participate (where one applies), and the Refund Policy shown when you book.

Bookings and payment

• Ticket prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. A booking fee is added to each ticket and is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with your ticket reference number.
• Places are limited. A place is held for you for up to 30 minutes while you complete payment, then released if payment isn't finished.

Payment plans

• Where offered, you can pay a deposit (plus the booking fee) when you book, with the balance charged automatically to the same card on the date shown when you book and in your confirmation email.
• By choosing a payment plan, you authorise us to charge the balance to that card on that date. Stripe stores your card securely for this purpose.
• If the balance can't be charged, we'll contact you to arrange payment. If it remains unpaid, we may cancel your booking, with any refund made under the Refund Policy.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy shown on the booking form and in your confirmation email. The policy that applies to your booking is the one in place when you booked. The booking fee is not refundable, except where we cancel the event.

To request a refund, use the Transfer or Refund Request form or email connect@thesacredwheelof4.com.au. Approved refunds are returned to the original card.

Transfers and credit

If you can't attend, you can request a transfer to a future event or to hold your place as credit until a future event is confirmed. Transfers and credit are at our discretion and subject to availability.

Changes or cancellation by us

• We may need to change an event's date, time, venue, programme or facilitators. We'll let you know by email as soon as possible.
• If we cancel an event, you can choose a full refund (including the booking fee), a transfer to another event, or credit.

Participation and wellbeing

• Our events are experiential gatherings for reflection, relaxation and inner exploration, and may include sound, frequency, breath, light, and gentle hands-on and distance energy work.
• They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional care. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have concerns, please seek advice from your health professional before attending and let us know before the event.
• You may pause, rest or step back at any time. Please tell a facilitator if you would prefer not to receive hands-on work.
• Each event may have its own Consent & Liability to Participate, which you agree to when booking.

Conduct

To keep the space safe and respectful for everyone, we may ask anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe way to leave, without a refund.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
